Ralph is a Mii from the Switch.
Ralph originally appeared as the default Mii for Greenhorne Castle's Royal Support (Left) role in the demo for Miitopia (Switch). He later appeared in the full game. His Mii data file can be found in

Information
Ralph's role in Miitopia, the Royal Support (Left), is described as so:
he tends to daydream...a lot.
He bears resemblance to a Mii featured in Miitopia (3DS) promotional art, as it seems several of the Miitopia (Switch) Miis do, but without the original Mii data for the Miitopia (3DS) Mii, it's difficult to pick apart differences between the two.
Interestingly, his US English name is a pun on the word "right", and his name in his Mii data file translates to "right support", even though he is the Royal Support (Left). The reverse is true for the Royal Support (Right) Mii, Louie.

While Ralph himself does not appear in any official promo art, a very similar Mii does appear in promo art for Miitopia (3DS), as the face of many various monsters (none of which ever actually use the face of the Royal Support (Left)). He's also the face on the "Friend From Nimbus" UFO promo art for Miitopia (Switch).
