The Wii U Menu is the home menu for the Wii U console. By default, the TV screen of the Wii U Menu shows the WaraWara Plaza, which has its own set of Miis. When SpotPass notifications were still being released for the Wii U, sometimes special notifications (like promoting an upcoming event or game release) would appear in the center of the WaraWara Plaza (where normally only user Miis stood). Many times, no unique Mii would be attached to the notification, so the Wii U Menu would select randomly one of 36 "Concierge Miis" from the Wii U Menu's files to represent the SpotPass notification. However, if the notification did come with a unique Mii, that Mii would be used instead. Not all of these unique Miis have been archived. Very few of them have been archived, because they can only be archived if the Special Mii presenting the SpotPass notification is still standing in the middle of the WaraWara Plaza (i.e. the notification has not been read or dismissed). If your Wii U's WaraWara Plaza has a Special Mii standing in the middle, do not click on this Mii. You may be able to contribute to the Mii Library. Please contact me immediately if this is the case, so I can assist on archiving the Mii.
