The WaraWara Plaza is a hub filled with many Miis and several large floating app icons on the Wii U Menu (which has its own set of Miis) on the TV screen by default. While Miiverse was still active, Miis from Miiverse would appear under games and apps with Miiverse communities and display posts from those users. Sometimes Special Miis displaying special announcements would appear, too. When these Special Miis were not a specific user, like Nintendo staff for example, they pull from some default Concierge Miis, which have their own page on the Mii Library. However, without an internet connection, and now that Miiverse is shut down, there will be a set of default Miis with default posts filling the WaraWara Plaza, standing under default system applications. The WaraWara Plaza Miis on the Mii Library are those default Miis. In Wii U system version 1.0.0, some leftover unused debug versions of the WaraWara Plaza are in the files with their own unique Miis, named on the Mii Library the WaraWara Debug.
