Information

Ernie's role in Miitopia, the Serious Soldier, is described as so:

If it's a royal palace or a hill of
beans, he'll defend it with his life.

He bears resemblance to a Mii featured in Miitopia (3DS) promotional art, as it seems several of the Miitopia (Switch) Miis do, but without the original Mii data for the Miitopia (3DS) Mii, it's difficult to pick apart differences between the two.

Image Gallery

Ernie appears in promotional art for Miitopia (Switch), on the face of the Cerberus monster, along with Clara (Switch) and Rudy. Note that in-game, this monster only takes the faces of some of the player's heroes, while all three faces on this monster are that of default Miis for non-hero roles. Ernie also appears in promotional art on the face of the Robo-"Traveler" and the "Traveler" Woof-o'-the-Wisp.

Below is a screenshot of him in-game as his role in Miitopia.

The Serious Soldier, Ernie.
