You can probably ignore this unless you're some sort of lawyer.
The Mii Library has a focus first and foremost on documenting information. A reliable, fan-made source where other fans could find the information they want on these Nintendo characters. Think of it as basically Wikipedia, but the only pages on it are different Mii characters (making it a lot less useful than Wikipedia). All information, images, and files on the Mii Library website are legally obtained and are being legally shared. This is a fan project, and it is made very clear on the homepage - the first few words mention it is made by HEYimHeroic, and the footer on every page says the site is unaffiliated with Nintendo. This page will specify every single company involved in every single game listed on the Mii Library, just to be as annoyingly thorough as possible as to who the Mii Library is NOT affiliated with. Please also keep in mind, if something isn't listed here when you feel like it should be, it's not because I'm maliciously trying to make people think the Mii Library is actually affiliated with that company/game, it's just I can be forgetful when it comes to being annoyingly thorough with every additional game I add to this site via updates. Feel free to let me know, though, and I'll fix it! Long story short, just assume the Mii Library is not affiliated with anyone but myself and the few people listed at the top of this page.
