One of the few DS games with Mii support, Kuruma de DS connects to your car's navigational system... if you live in the year 2012. In Japan. The list of navigational systems it supports connecting to with your DS can be found here (archive.org mirror). It has a surprising number of unique Miis, but due to the game requiring a car to play, it's not exactly the easiest to emulate, and it being a Japan-only release, even then there'd be struggle to learn more about the game. A fan translation mod may be able to translate the game... but it'd be pretty difficult to do that for a car's navigational system, which also would be entirely in Japanese. The game's Japanese name is クルマでDS ("DS in the Car", or more commonly translated by fans, "Kuruma de DS").
